Endorsement and Accreditation of Distance Learning Programmes
Endorsement and accreditation for your course will be provided through Kendal Publishing (T/A Study House) which is a licenced centre for the awarding organisations listed below. Once you have registered for your course Study House will ensure that you are registered with the appropriate awarding organisation and that your accreditation and certification is undertaken in accordance with awarding organisation regulations.
These notes are intended to answer many of the questions which students frequently ask about the accreditation of their course but you can contact Study House direct if you would like clarification of any points:

Awarding Organisations
The awarding organisations with whom Study House works are recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
Quality Licence Scheme
The
course itself has been designed by Kendal Publishing Ltd to meet specific learners’ and/or employers’ requirements
which cannot be satisfied through current regulated qualifications. The Quality Licence Scheme endorsement
involves robust and rigorous quality audits by external auditors to ensure
quality is continually met. A review of
courses is carried out as part of the endorsement process.

and Education Group, a charitable organisation that unites education and
skills-orientated organisations that share similar values and objectives. With
more than 100 years of collective experience, the Skills and Education Group’s
strategic partnerships create opportunities to inform, influence and represent

awarding organisations; Skills

and Education Group Access. Through our awarding organisations we have
developed a reputation for providing high-quality qualifications and
assessments for the education and skills sector. We are committed to helping
employers, organisations and learners cultivate the relevant skills for
learning, skills for employment, and skills for life.
Our knowledge and
experience of working within the awarding sector enables us to work with
training providers, through the Quality Licence Scheme, to help them develop
high-quality courses and/or training programmes for the non-regulated market.
NCFE/CACHE
We also offer a number of nationally regulated qualifications, accredited by NCFE / CACHE
NCFE/CACHE is a national awarding organisation, offering over 500 qualifications at different levels and in a wide range of subject areas. NCFE recognise the skills, knowledge and understanding achieved by a learner at a particular level and in a particular subject.
NCFE/CACHE is recognised as an Awarding Organisation by the qualification regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland as described below.
